Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in solution architecture, enterprise application development, integrations, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leading architectural decisions, supporting development teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role also involves participation in pre-sales activities, technical consulting, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Platform (Apex, Visualforce)
- C#
- Angular, React JS, or equivalent front-end technologies
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with application integrations and API-based architectures
- Expertise in unit testing and maintaining high code coverage standards
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities
- Experience with automated deployment processes and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Design application architecture, enhancements, and integration strategies
- Develop solution designs using Salesforce, .NET, and modern front-end technologies
- Lead technical discussions with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and best practices
- Guide development teams and provide expert-level support for technical challenges
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and document functional and technical specifications
- Oversee application deployment, testing, and quality assurance activities
- Design and manage integrations with internal and external systems
- Participate in pre-sales activities, solution presentations, and effort estimations
- Ensure successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions
- Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
- Exposure to enterprise integration frameworks and cloud technologies
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD implementation
- Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect in enterprise environments
- Strong experience leading development and architecture teams
Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Other relevant cloud or architecture certifications are an advantage
