Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tableau Consultant with strong expertise in business intelligence reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, and analytics consulting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tableau, strong data analysis capabilities, and exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake and AWS. Experience with Power BI or QuickSight is an added advantage.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership teams to deliver scalable BI solutions, actionable insights, and high-impact reporting solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Mandatory)
- Experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and data visualization
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with data modeling and business intelligence reporting
- Knowledge of relational databases and dimensional modeling
- Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Develop scalable business intelligence solutions and data visualization strategies
- Perform data analysis and transform business requirements into actionable insights
- Support dashboard modernization and BI migration initiatives
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability
- Work with backend data sources including Snowflake, AWS, and other enterprise platforms
- Support data governance, reporting standards, and best practices
- Create executive reporting solutions for leadership teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization
- Proven experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and BI architecture
