Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer – ServiceNow HRSD with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and strong expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow applications and workflows while following platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, notifications, and data policies.
- Develop and integrate ServiceNow solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Good understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
