Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Agentforce, and Data Cloud (Data 360). This role requires a Business Analyst mindset with strong data knowledge, enabling the candidate to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, and declarative development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Develop secure and high-performance integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and Agentforce solutions.
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize Salesforce solutions, and ensure adherence to security, governance, and Salesforce best practices.
- Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and supporting platform optimization initiatives.

- AI Workflows

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, deployment strategies, security, and governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with business users while driving technical solutions.
