Role Summary

The Recruitment Team Lead will be responsible for managing daily recruitment operations, ensuring team productivity, and driving closures. This role focuses on execution, tracking, and overall team performance management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor a team of 10–15 recruiters
  • Ensure daily activity tracking (calls, CVs, interviews, closures)
  • Assign tasks and prioritize requirements
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and ensure consistent movement
  • Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews
  • Coordinate with Sales and Delivery teams
  • Ensure quality of candidates and timely follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience managing a team (5–10 recruiters preferred)
  • Strong execution and process orientation
  • Ability to enforce discipline and accountability
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Closures per recruiter
  • CV submissions per recruiter
  • Interview-to-closure ratio
  • Direct vs. vendor hiring ratio
  • Team productivity and consistency

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: VP
  • Works closely with: Delivery Head
  • Manages: Recruitment Team
