Role Summary: We are looking for a technical person who has experience in cloud infrastructure set-up and project migration in production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• 4-6 Years of Experience in cloud deployment with good skills in Networking, Security and Firewall configuration in Azure Cloud.
• The engineer must have strong experience in core Azure services and networking principles.
• An engineer has designed an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solution with a hub-and-spoke configuration.
• Azure Firewall setup and configuration with good exposure in networking, security, and AVD-specific expertise.
• Exp. in administering and supporting Azure-based infrastructure, including managing virtual machines, storage accounts, and general resource management via the Azure portal, PowerShell, and the Azure CLI.
• Resource should have In-depth understanding of IP addressing, DNS, routing, network protocols, and network address management.
• Hands-on experience on deploying and managing hub-and-spoke topologies, including VNet peering configuration, understanding gateway transit, and managing UDRs (User-Defined Routes). – Subpart of Networking
• Exp. in deploying, configuring, and managing Azure Firewall, including creating firewall policies, application rules, and network rules, and using FQDN tags for AVD-specific traffic. – To be focused
• Azure Firewall policy and structure setup and configuration experience like(rules, NAT, app policies) Traffic Flow Validation exposure.
•  At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in planning, deploying, and managing AVD or Windows Virtual Desktop in production environments.
• Experience with configuring and managing FSLogix profiles, storage accounts (Azure Files or Azure NetApp Files), and network file shares for user data.
• Experience of AVD-specific network considerations, such as RDP Shortpath, latency requirements, and bandwidth estimation experience.
• The ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered issues across networking and virtual desktop components.

Good to have and minimum skills sets:-

• Microsoft certified Azure Network Engineer Associate is good to have.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Conditional Access, and integrating these with AVD for secure authentication.
• At least 4+ years of cloud experience with infrastructure and network design.
• At least 4+ Experience in working with Azure Cloud
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong Networking knowledge.
• Proficiency in using NSGs to provide granular, layer 4 security controls at the subnet level within the spoken VNets.
