Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Supply Planning Expert with strong expertise in SAP IBP Supply Planning, Supply Chain Planning, and SAP S/4HANA integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP IBP Supply Planning solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP Supply Planning solutions.
- Design, configure, implement, and optimize SAP IBP Supply Planning functionalities.
- Lead solution design workshops and provide subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Configure and optimize Network Planning (DRP), Demand Prioritization & Allocation, Multi-Level BOM Planning & Pegging, Constrained Planning, and Supply Synchronization Planning.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA to enable seamless data exchange and support end-to-end supply planning processes.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, provide production support, and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–15 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP IBP Supply Planning.
- Hands-on experience with Network Planning (DRP).
- Experience with Demand Prioritization & Allocation.
- Strong knowledge of Multi-Level BOM Planning & Pegging.
- Experience with Constrained Planning and Supply Synchronization Planning.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote project environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning.
- End-to-end SAP IBP implementation experience.
- SAP IBP Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working on global SAP implementation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
