Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Salesforce GTM Engineer with an AI-first mindset to build and deploy high-impact solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions.
The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities across the revenue funnel and rapidly develop AI-powered automations, workflows, and tools that improve productivity, accelerate execution, and drive measurable business impact. This role requires a strong bias for action, experimentation, and fast delivery, without relying on lengthy development cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact and quick-win opportunities across the Go-to-Market (GTM) and revenue funnel.
- Build and deploy AI-powered automations, workflows, integrations, and internal tools to improve Sales, Marketing, and Service operations.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional business teams to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- Use AI tools to rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and launch solutions within short delivery cycles.
- Conduct experiments, measure business impact, and quickly scale successful solutions or improve underperforming initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and enhance revenue team productivity.
- Communicate technical solutions and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce Engineering, Revenue Operations, Marketing Automation, Sales Technology, or related roles.
- Proven experience building and delivering GTM solutions using AI-powered tools and automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Claude
- ChatGPT / GPT
- Cursor
- Clay
- n8n
- Make
- Similar AI and workflow automation tools
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and GTM technology platforms.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities that create measurable business and revenue impact.
- Experience rapidly building, testing, and improving solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce integrations, or Salesforce automation.
- Exposure to AI agents, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with API integrations, low-code/no-code platforms, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of sales operations, marketing operations, customer service workflows, or revenue operations.
- Experience measuring automation performance and business outcomes using relevant metrics.
