Role Summary

The Recruitment Team Lead will be responsible for managing daily recruitment operations, ensuring team productivity, and driving closures. This role focuses on execution, tracking, team management, and maintaining high recruitment performance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor a team of 10–15 recruiters
  • Ensure daily activity tracking, including calls, CV submissions, interviews, and closures
  • Assign tasks and prioritize hiring requirements
  • Maintain recruitment pipeline visibility and movement
  • Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews
  • Coordinate with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure timely closures
  • Ensure candidate quality and effective follow-up processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience managing recruitment teams (5–10 recruiters preferred)
  • Strong execution and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to enforce discipline, accountability, and performance standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Closures per recruiter
  • CV submissions per recruiter
  • Interview-to-closure ratio
  • Direct versus vendor hiring ratio
  • Team productivity and consistency

  • Reports to: VP
  • Works Closely With: Delivery Head
  • Manages: Recruitment Team
