Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with strong customer-facing communication skills and hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and ensure technical excellence while driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle (initiation to delivery)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure sprint goals are met
- Oversee development using Java Spring Boot in a microservices architecture
- Ensure code quality, architecture standards, and best practices
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership
- Handle client communication and ensure high customer satisfaction
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in:
- Java (Spring Boot)
- Integration with external services
- Good understanding of:
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Cloud platforms
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with databases such as Oracle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- PMP or Scrum Master certification (preferred)
