Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Currency Notional Pooling (MCNP) Domain Specialist with strong expertise in Cash and Liquidity Management and Transaction Banking.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multi-currency liquidity structures, interest management, banking processes, and financial integrations. The role requires the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams, support solution delivery, and contribute to the implementation and enhancement of transaction banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide domain expertise in Multi-Currency Notional Pooling (MCNP), cash management, liquidity management, and transaction banking.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of multi-currency pooling, liquidity, and interest management solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, banking teams, architects, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support banking integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with core banking systems and related platforms.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution validation, testing, issue resolution, and delivery activities.
- Provide domain guidance and support delivery teams in implementing scalable and efficient transaction banking solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, or related banking domains.
- Strong hands-on domain expertise in:
- Multi-Currency Notional Pooling (MCNP)
- Cash and Liquidity Management
- Interest Management
- Transaction Banking
- Strong understanding of banking processes, liquidity structures, and cash management solutions.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to support end-to-end solution delivery and manage domain-related requirements.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Java or .NET.
- Experience with SQL / PL/SQL.
- Understanding of Banking Integrations and integration workflows.
- Knowledge of Core Banking Systems.
- Experience supporting technical delivery and implementation activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with corporate banking or treasury management solutions.
- Exposure to cross-border payments, multi-currency banking, or global liquidity structures.
- Experience with banking transformation or modernization projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills.
