Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the organization’s recruitment and administrative processes, ensuring smooth execution of external hiring, data management, and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Conduct external recruitment activities to attract top talent.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee and candidate records.
- Draft and format professional emails and official correspondence.
- Handle client interactions and build strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the hiring process effectively.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR role or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in external recruitment or staffing.
- Knowledge of HR software or applicant tracking systems.
