Work Hours: Regular IST with overlap for US time zone meetings
Role Summary
The Product Manager will shape the vision and roadmap of the ThriveWell platform to support Miracle Foundation’s mission of improving child welfare outcomes. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and close coordination with leadership, program teams, and technology teams to ensure the platform continuously evolves to meet the needs of caseworkers, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the ThriveWell platform
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand platform impact and adoption
- Translate program and operational needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize and deliver platform enhancements
- Track product progress and ensure timely delivery of planned features and improvements
- Gather user feedback and usage insights to improve platform usability and adoption continuously
Required Skills
- Strong experience in strategic planning and product roadmap development
- Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and issue tracking
- Good understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and mobile applications
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or social sector programs is an added advantage
