Role Summary
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to deliver robust, efficient, and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Salesforce solutions
- Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, and custom objects
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Support CI/CD processes and release management activities
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate multiple solution approaches
- Proven problem-solving skills, especially in debugging, performance tuning, and resolving complex technical issues
- Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security guidelines, and platform best practices
- Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD practices
