  • Conduct architecture and code reviews, mentor developers and administrators, and maintain technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams and ERDs.
  • Guide environment strategy, release management, and CI/CD practices using tools such as Copado, in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.
  • Monitor platform health, including org limits, technical debt, and performance, and provide recommendations for scalability and remediation.
  • Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation enhancements across migrating brands.

  • Hands-on experience with Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with the ability to determine the appropriate approach for each requirement.
  • Experience architecting integrations across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and external systems such as NetSuite/ERP.
  • Experience leading large-scale data migration, consolidation, cleansing, deduplication, and cutover activities.
  • Exposure to AI-powered development, Generative AI, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
  • Familiarity with Agentforce and Einstein and their application within CRM solutions.
  • Experience working in multi-brand, multi-pod delivery models with distributed cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical architecture to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
