ALIQAN Technologies, a rapidly expanding business that is building a name for itself in digital marketing, technical staffing, and online and mobile app development, is led by Iftkhar Ali. With an MBA from the esteemed IIM Calcutta and more than 20 years of experience in the IT and technology services industry, Ali has devoted his professional life to assisting companies in leveraging technology and assembling competent, strong teams.
Ali's path began even before the establishment of ALIQAN Technologies. He developed his abilities and leadership style over the years at some of the most prestigious businesses in the world, such as Tata Consultancy Services, HCL Technologies, and IMS Learning Resources. Through the use of more intelligent tools, procedures, and tactics, he oversaw significant initiatives that not only increased output and streamlined operations but also produced tangible business outcomes.
Iftkhar Ali set out to create something of his own in 2014 with a clear vision and a great deal of resolve. He established ALIQAN Technologies as a one-person business, and it has since expanded to include about 100 workers. The business now proudly works with major players in the sector, including HCL, Wipro, Infosys, Genpact, CPP Group, NEC Corporation, PwC, and others.
Ali's extensive knowledge of technology and talent is the foundation of ALIQAN Technologies. He has established a business that is renowned for its capacity to assist companies in both adopting technology and locating and employing qualified tech specialists for either contract or permanent positions. His enthusiasm for cultivating people extends to creating upskilling and training initiatives that provide businesses with productive staff.
Ali has worked in a variety of leadership positions in a variety of industries, including director of operations, strategy consultant, and business analyst. He has established a reputation as someone who doesn't just advise from the sidelines but actually gets his hands dirty and works with customers to accomplish their objectives because of his energetic leadership style and practical, hands-on attitude.
