We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with 10+ years of experience and mandatory healthcare domain expertise. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating programme goals into practical, implementation-ready architecture while making informed design decisions based on business context, engineering principles, and technical constraints.
The candidate must have strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, Terraform, GitHub, and security-first, Zero Trust architecture. They should collaborate effectively with principal architects, security teams, and enterprise architecture stakeholders, remain engaged throughout delivery, and ensure smooth implementation, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Design scalable, secure, and practical architecture aligned with programme objectives, business requirements, and real-world constraints.
Translate architectural principles into detailed designs that engineering teams can implement.
Evaluate architectural trade-offs, explain design decisions, and address technical concerns raised during reviews.
Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices using Terraform and GitHub.
Follow a security-first and Zero Trust approach across architecture and implementation.
Collaborate with principal architects, security teams, and enterprise architecture review stakeholders.
Remain engaged throughout delivery, manage implementation sequencing, and ensure smooth handover into team workflows.
Maintain architecture documentation as part of delivery completion and ensure designs, decisions, and standards are properly recorded.
Mentor engineering teams, share architectural knowledge, and build team capabilities without creating dependency on individual architects.
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or a related field.
Mandatory healthcare domain experience.
Strong understanding of architecture principles, solution design, and implementation planning.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, GitHub, and DevOps practices.
Strong knowledge of security-first architecture and Zero Trust principles.
Experience collaborating with principal architects, security teams, and enterprise architecture review boards.
Ability to communicate architectural decisions, defend design trade-offs, and address stakeholder concerns.
Strong documentation, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to remain involved throughout implementation, delivery, and handover.
Candidates must demonstrate strong design expertise in the relevant technology variant:
Azure Variant
Deep architectural knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Strong experience designing solutions involving Azure and Kubernetes.
Ability to translate architecture into implementation-ready cloud and containerized solutions.
Snowflake Variant
Deep architectural knowledge of the Snowflake data platform.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable data solutions using Snowflake.
