Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Senior Snowflake Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake development, data modeling, and cloud-based data engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable data solutions, developing ELT/ETL pipelines, and optimizing Snowflake performance. This role requires direct interaction with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data solutions using Snowflake.
- Interact directly with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize Snowflake SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines.
- Implement data ingestion using Snowpipe, COPY commands, Streams, and Tasks.
- Perform Snowflake performance tuning, query optimization, and virtual warehouse optimization.
- Integrate Snowflake with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake development.
